Q:How long does it take to produce clothes in bulk?
S:The ideal timing for bulk order would be from 3 weeks to 6 weeks.
Depends on:
- Design
- Total quantity of order
We will confirm the delivery date once you place the order with us.
2.Minimum order quantity. Q:What is your minimum order quantity? How many different size can I get?
3.Time frame for making prototype and custom sample. Q: How long does it take to create prototype and custom sample?
S: From 7 days - 25 days from the date we have collected all information for production.
We only can guarantee the delivery date after you have validated the order with us.
The timing of create prototype/sample depends on:
- Design
- Our factory availability at the time you place the order
- For some specific orders, we would need more time to source the fabric,
and we will inform the delivery date to each client
Q:Which currency do you accept for payment?
S: We accept most of currency like AUD, USD, GBP. However, we will quote the price for you in USD currency.
Q:How long does it take to ship clothes from your factory (Clothcard) to my place (client)? And which countries do you ship clothes to?
S: We can ship the goods for you via sea or air as your request.
For air shipping : 2 - 4 days for transit time. With all order with quantity less than 1 cube metter (1 cbm, around 1000 pcs of tshirt), we will use air shipping as it is the most cost effective way.
For sea shipping : 18 - 40 days for sea shipping
Recommend : use sea shipping when your order is 1cbm plus
